. a new video just in to fox news, a small plane has crashed into a house in west jackson, mississippi. the state capital. flames and smoke shooting from an estimated 50 feet in the air. the video is quite something, isn't it? aviation officials say three people were on board that single engine plane when it went down. no word on any of them. the plane had just taken off and according to local reports in jackson, the pilot radioed that he was having engine trouble and then the crash. new video in from the west side of jackson, mississippi. e , based on this chart ? don't rush into it, i'm not looking for the fastest answer. obviously verizon. okay, i have a different chart. going that way, does that make a difference ? look at verizon. it's so much more than the other ones. so what if we just changed the format altogether ? isn't that the exact same thing ? it's pretty clear. still sticking with verizon. verizon. more 4g lte coverage than all other networks combined. >> at least four new jersey officials are now reportedly under fire because they are said to have used public generators

. >> criminal defense attorney joey jackson is on the case, joins us from new york. joey, is this a little premature, an initiative just passed last week, the federal law still stands that marijuana is illegal. >> well, how are you doing, ted. good to see you. and happy veterans day, go veterans of america, you do a great job. it comes down to a question of discretion. it is a discretional question at the federal level and at state level. why? because we all know, you and i both know, for more than 40 years, right, the federal government has said, no, to marijuana. they said it is illegal. so therefore because of our supremacy clause, right, which is article six, section two, of the constitution, the feds, it is illegal there and the feds have supremacy over the states. so if it is illegal at the federal level, whatever state does, it is illegal there as well. there is always the question of discretion. the people have spoken and in these respective states and i think the federal government may, in fact, respect that right and therefore say because the people have spoken at the state level
